There will be a Russell County Chamber of Commerce grand opening and ribbon cutting of the Animal Hospital and Laser Surgery Center tomorrow at 9 am at Laker Pet Care, 2461 South Hwy. 127, Suite #5 in Russell Springs in the strip mall that houses Hillbilly Café and Morgan Sanitation. All chamber and community members are invited to attend.
