A Russell Springs man was arrested on Friday night following a non-injury crash on Webb Ridge Rd., according to Russell County Sheriff’s Deputy Nathan Bradshaw.
Toby Grider, 57, was taken into custody and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs 1st offense, license to be in possession, failure to maintain required insurance 1st offense, reckless driving and criminal mischief 2nd degree.
Grider’s left the roadway and struck a mailbox during the crash. Deputy Bradshaw booked him into the Russell County Detention Center shortly after 8 pm Friday night.
