A Russell County grand jury met this week, returning indictments against 19 individuals.
Those indicted included the following:
Timothy W. Franklin, age 19 of Russell Springs, indicted on 20 counts of possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor.
William J. Howerton, age 48 of Corbin, charged with fleeing or evading police first degree, wanton endangerment first degree, criminal mischief first degree, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, driving under the influence first offense, and being a persistent felony offender.
Christopher Shanahan, age 33, charged with trafficking in methamphetamine, trafficking in fentanyl, possession of oxycodone, no registration plates, no registration receipt, no motorcycle license, and being a persistent felony offender.
Eddie R. Pierce, age 35 of Russell Springs, charged with fleeing or evading police first degree, wanton endangerment first degree, criminal mischief first degree, tampering with physical evidence, trafficking in methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and being a persistent felony offender.
Robert L. Colyer Jr., age 39 of Bethelridge, charged with burglary second degree, criminal mischief third degree, assault fourth degree, strangulation first degree, and terroristic threatening third degree.
Stephon R. Boyd, age 33 of Columbia, charged with two counts of trafficking in marijuana.
Randy Copley, age 52 of Russell Springs, charged with trafficking in methamphetamine, trafficking in fentanyl, possession of heroin, unlawful possession of a meth precursor, possession of drug paraphernalia, and being a persistent felony offender.
Sheena M. Jackson, age 33 of Jamestown, charged with wanton endangerment first degree, driving under the influence, and reckless driving.
Tony Huff, age 41 of Jamestown, charged with theft of an automobile, criminal mischief first degree, two counts of wanton endangerment first degree, leaving the scene of an accident, driving under the influence – third offense, driving on a DUI-suspended license – third offense, and being a persistent felony offender.
Ryan Hanyzewski, age 45 of Russell Springs, charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of hydrocodone, possession of gabapentin, tampering with physical evidence, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Julia Beckner, age 41 of Russell Springs, charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of a prescription substance not in the proper container, and public intoxication.
David R. Smith, age 26 of Jamestown, charged with receiving stolen property valued at $1,000 or more and being a persistent felony offender.
Jerami Baker, age 32, and Kristina Partin, age 34, both of Nancy, charged with burglary second degree, criminal mischief third degree, possession of drug paraphernalia, and prescription substance not in the proper container.
Benjamin Bault, age 39 of Russell Springs, charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.
Brenda Hall, age 62 of Jamestown, charged with wanton endangerment first degree.
Russell Miller, age 40 of Russell Springs, charged with bail jumping first degree.
Brandon Gadberry, age 43 of Russell Springs, charged with bail jumping first degree and being a persistent felony offender.
Travis Robertson, age 38 of Columbia, charged with flagrant nonsupport and being a persistent felony offender.
