James “Jimmy” Scaggs, Jr., of Russell Springs, passed away on Tuesday, December 8, 2020, at his home. He was 63 years of age.
Born on March 4, 1957, in Long Beach, California, he was the son of the late James and Margaret Harden Scaggs, Sr. Jimmy was an auto mechanic.
Survivors include two sons, Shawn Scaggs of Michigan and James Scaggs, III of Russell Springs; a stepson, Skylor Lee of Indiana; two daughters, Mary Elizabeth Sears of Columbia and Karlie Scaggs of Russell Springs; two sisters, Vickie Gomez of Florida and Wanda Faulkner of Cynthiana, Kentucky; and five grandchildren, Zabrielle Scaggs, Jace Scaggs, Braylee Scaggs, Makenna Sears, and Addison Sears.
A memorial service will be held at 7:00 P.M. Monday, December 14, 2020, at Bernard Funeral Home.
Visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00 P.M. Monday, December 14, 2020, at Bernard Funeral Home.
Social distancing guidelines must be followed by everyone in attendance. Facial coverings are required.
