Russell Co. Grand Jury hands down indictments

A Russell County Grand Jury handed down indictments against several individuals yesterday. Below is a list of individuals indicted by the grand jury.

  • Justin Coonce, 31, of Columbia, on a charge of rape, first degree.
  • Gregory A. Feese, 33, of Columbia, on two counts of first-degree assault, DUI first offense, operating on a suspended license, and possession of a controlled substance third degree.
  • Steven D. Harmon, 37, of Jamestown, on charges of strangulation, five counts of wanton endangerment first degree, and assault fourth degree.
  • Elizabeth Luttrell, 50, of Russell Springs, on charges of DUI first offense, wanton endangerment first degree, possession of methamphetamine, possession of oxycodone, failure to wear a seat belt, failure to use a child restraint device, failure to produce insurance card, no registration receipt, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Mitchell Hadley, 61, of Russell Springs, on charges of DUI first offense and possession of oxycodone.
  • Michael Ellison, 38, of Jamestown, on one count of bail jumping first degree.
  • Anthony D. Cook, 30, of Russell Springs, on charges of trafficking in methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance second degree, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating on an expired license, no insurance, and being a persistent felony offender.
  • Christopher Camp, 21, of Jamestown and Dakota Sullivan, 27, of Columbia, on charges of burglary second degree, theft of a firearm, and theft by unlawful taking over $500.
  • Glenn Blankenship, 23, of Russell Springs, on charges of trafficking in methamphetamine, tampering with physical evidence, no operator’s license, and persistent felony offender second degree.
  • Fernando Lopez-Lucero, 34, of Bowling Green, on charges of trafficking in methamphetamine and tampering with physical evidence.
  • Jeramie Graham, 26, of Russell Springs, on charges of trafficking in methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance second degree, and persistent felony offender second degree.
  • Nathan Stargel, 39, of Russell Springs, on charges of trafficking in methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia
