Christopher Thrasher, 38, of Albany, KY was arrested on Saturday, Oct. 10 at approximately 5 p.m. at his residence following an investigation by led by Trooper Jordan Carter.
Edwards was indicted on Oct. 8 by the Clinton County Grand Jury and charged with Rape 1st degree, Victim under 12 years of age.
Thrasher was lodged in the Clinton County Detention Center. Tpr. Carter was assisted on this investigation by Tpr. Jason Warriner.
