Russell County residents in need of basic food assistance will have an opportunity to receive commodities later this week.
Russell County Judge-Executive Randy Marcum and the Russell County Fiscal Court, in conjunction with Feeding America, Kentucky’s Heartland, will hold a commodity distribution Thursday, September 10th, at the Russell County Fairgrounds in Russell Springs.
Distribution will begin at 9 a.m. and continue until all commodities have been given away.
Those attending should enter the fairgrounds through the main entrance.
