Russell County Indictment Leads to Arrest on Rape, Incest Charges

A Russell Springs man was arrested early Thursday after being indicted on several serious charges.

According to court records, 41-year-old Colt Sagracy was taken into custody on a Russell Circuit Court indictment charging him with first-degree rape, incest, and unlawful transaction with a minor involving an illegal sex act with a victim under the age of 16.

Sagracy was arrested by Russell County Deputy Sheriff Stone Bolin and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.

Bond was set at $250,000 cash or two-times property.
