Somerset Man Arrested on Drug Indictment

A Somerset man has been arrested on a Pulaski Circuit Court indictment.

Somerset Police took 48-year-old James Curtis West into custody around 3:45 Tuesday morning on West Columbia Street. Authorities say West was served with an indictment charging him with trafficking in methamphetamine, second offense, possession of drug paraphernalia, and being a persistent felony offender.

Following his arrest, West was lodged in the Pulaski County Detention Center.
