Russell Springs man arrested on drug charges

A Russell Springs man was arrested on drug-related charges yesterday.

The Russell County Sheriff’s Office arrested 60-year-old Ricky E. George yesterday evening. George was charged with possession of methamphetamine – second offense, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and operating on a suspended or revoked license.

George was arrested by Deputy Stone Bolin with the Russell County Sheriff’s Office. He was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center a little after 6:00 yesterday evening.
