The date for the closure of Highway 127 across Wolf Creek Dam has been changed.
Officials with American Bridge Company say the closure will now take place on Wednesday, May 27, two weeks from today.
Both lanes of Highway 127 across Wolf Creek Dam will be closed on May 27 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The closure is due to the rehabilitation of the spillway gates at the dam.
Those who typically travel across the dam during these times should plan ahead and use an alternate route.
Accommodations will be made for emergency and school traffic as required.
