Kevin Williams was in town yesterday, presenting a check for over $122,000 for Kevin’s Kids.
Williams told WJRS News it was another great year for Kevin’s Kids and said the program helps many students in Russell County.
The grand total for this year finished at $122,957.
The money is divided between the school resource centers, based on the number of students assisted at each school.
Russell County High School received a little over $34,000. Russell County Middle School received a little over $27,000. Russell Springs Elementary received about $26,600. Jamestown Elementary received a little over $19,000 and Salem received a little over $16,000.
