The Laker Baseball team picked up a win in Myrtle Beach yesterday, defeating Chittenango from New York by a score of 17-3.
Tanner Stringer finished with a team-high 4 hits and 1 run batted in. Raylan McAninch finished with 2 hits and a team-high 3 runs batted in. Ben Kemp and Mason Jasper each recorded 2 RBI and Walker Stephens and Jace Scaggs each finished with 2 hits.
Blane Melton picked up the win on the mound, giving up just 3 hits and striking out 8 batters.
The Lakers wrap up their Myrtle Beach slate today with a matchup against Halifax County.
