Pulaski woman faces additional charge in sexual abuse case

A Pulaski County woman already facing charges in a child sexual abuse investigation is now facing additional charges involving another minor victim.

The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office says 45-year-old Kimberly Bray was served with a new warrant this week in connection with a second incident involving the alleged sexual assault of a child.

She is now charged with Sexual Abuse in the First Degree involving a victim under the age of 12. A $100,000 bond was added to the $500,000 bond she was already being held on in the Pulaski County Detention Center.

The investigation began in January when Detective Jay Picard with the Sheriff’s Office Crimes Against Children unit received information alleging Bray had sexually assaulted two minors in 2017. Bray was arrested in January in connection to those alleged offenses.

Authorities say evidence from both cases will be presented to a Pulaski County Grand Jury.
