COVID-19 Cases Continue to Rise in the State

Kentucky has now topped 2,200 cases of COVID-19. Here’s Governor Andy Beshear from his press conference on Tuesday evening…

Eleven new deaths were reported in the state, bringing the total to 115. One of those deaths was a healthcare worker from Adair County, individual was a 50-year-old woman. Beshear said this virus is incredibly contagious and we have to act like we all have it with practicing social distancing.

Russell County Judge-Executive Gary Robertson announced this morning that three of the COVID-19 cases here in Russell County have been released from self-isolation. Russell County now has five active cases with three in self-isolation and two in the hospital.
