The Russell County Middle School 8th grade basketball team will begin state tournament play tonight in Lexington.
The 8th graders, who are 22-3 on the season, will play West Perry tonight beginning at around 7:20.
The 8th graders won their third consecutive Central Kentucky Middle School Athletic Conference Championship earlier this season.
