The Russell County Public Library will open on a delay at 11:00 this morning due to a scheduled utility outage related to construction at The Green.
This outage only impacts the library building and no other customers. Normal hours will resume following the scheduled outage.
A second utility outage is scheduled for Thursday, resulting in closure of the Library for the full day.
This outage will have impact on the library building for the whole day, as well as a brief outage at the Dollar General Market next door.
Normal hours will resume on Friday. This outage is contingent upon weather and will be confirmed later in the week.
