The Lights in the Park at the Russell Springs City Park have once again been a big hit during the Christmas season.
Since the opening on November 29, just less than two weeks ago, more than 3,700 cars have driven through the park.
Last year, a total of just under 7,000 cars drove through the park to see the lights.
Mayor Eddie Thomas said he hopes to see more people drive through the park to see the lights and said city employees have spent a lot of time and energy working on the light displays this year.
Lights in the Park is open from 5-8 Sunday through Thursday and 5-10 Friday and Saturday. Santa is at the park on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
The light display will remain open through January 4.
