An Albany man passed away from injuries sustained in a fire Monday morning.
According to a report from the Clinton County News, the man, identified as Vernon Sutton, passed away early Tuesday morning following a fire at Albany Commons on Monday.
According to the report, Sutton was found unresponsive at the residence and transported to The Med Center in Albany before being flown out.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
