Columbia man arrested for vandalizing courthouse clock tower

A Columbia man was arrested after reportedly vandalizing the Adair County Historic Courthouse Clock Tower.

Columbia Police say 27-year-old Anthony J. Sessions is charged with criminal mischief first degree and criminal trespassing first degree in the incident.

Columbia Police say after learning of the incident, they were able to use surveillance footage from multiple businesses around the square in Columbia to identify the suspect.

Sessions remains lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail.
