Lady Laker Volleyball falls to Wayne County in last game of regular season

The Lady Laker Volleyball team dropped a close one to Wayne County in the regular season finale last night 3 sets to 2.

The Lady Lakers wrap up the regular season with a record of 24-11.

The Lady Lakers now head into postseason play, which gets underway on Monday as the Lady Lakers compete in the 16th District Tournament in Monroe County.

The Lady Lakers will take on the winner of Monroe County and Cumberland County. Those two teams will play in the 4 seed vs 5 seed matchup on Sunday with the winner taking on the 1 seed Lady Lakers.

Monday’s district tournament game is scheduled for 5:30 at Monroe County High School.
