The Russell County Lady Laker Volleyball team earned the top seed in next week’s 16th District Tournament.
The Lady Lakers will play on Monday at 5:30, taking on the winner of 4-seed Monroe County and 5-seed Cumberland County.
The district championship will take place on Tuesday at 6 p.m.
This year’s district tournament is hosted by Monroe County.
The Lady Lakers will host Wayne County at Laker Gym tonight as they wrap up the regular season.
Tonight’s games include JV and Varsity, getting underway at 5:00.
