RCH to begin offering daycare service for employees with new expansion

As part of its new expansion plans, Russell County Hospital plans to offer a childcare service for hospital employees.

Russell County Hospital CEO Scott Thompson said the childcare service is desperately needed for employees and will be a great recruitment and retention tool.

Thompson estimates it will be 18-24 months before the building that would be utilized for childcare would be vacated.
