4 people arrested and charged in deadly home invasion in Marion County

Four people have been arrested and charged in a deadly home invasion in Marion County Tuesday morning.

State Police say it occurred on Hourigan Lane near Gravel Switch. A woman was found dead from a gunshot wound in the home. Investigators determined that multiple people had forced their way into the home in an attempt to access a safe before the shooting occurred.

The four individuals involved are identified as 18-year-old Allison Lyvers of New Haven, 21-year-old Faith Singer of Bardstown, 32-year-old Tyler Gunn of Lebanon, and 36-year-old Joshua Spalding-Wells of Springfield.

Gunn is accused of fatally shooting the woman during the incident. Surveillance video reportedly shows him and another suspect forcing their way inside and holding occupants at gunpoint.

Lyvers, Singer, and Spalding-Wells are each charged with robbery and complicity to murder.

The investigation is ongoing by state police.
