The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers will temporarily close a portion of U.S. 127 across Wolf Creek Dam (mile point 1.6) on Friday, July 18, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. CT.
The closure is part of ongoing rehabilitation work on the dam’s spillway gates.
During the closure, there will be no access across Wolf Creek Dam via U.S. 127. Motorists are encouraged to plan ahead and use alternate routes.
