Kentucky State Police is investigating a missing teenager in Wayne County.
State Police say the teen went missing from his residence at around 11 p.m. on Monday, February 3.
Post 11 says it was notified of the teen’s disappearance today.
The teen is identified as 16-year-old Jason S. Woodsworth. He is described as a white male, 5 feet 4 inches tall, approximately 150 pounds, with short blond hair and fair skin and blue eyes.
