A dispatcher with Kentucky State Police Post 15 is 1 of 450 dispatchers across the country to receive a prestigious national certification.
Miranda Luttrell of Russell Springs received the certification from the Center Management Certification Program.
The certification is aimed at enhancing public safety and emergency response by improving on-the-job effectiveness and everyday operations.
Luttrell has previously served as a dispatcher in Russell County before moving on to be a dispatcher for Post 11 and then on to Post 15.
