Russell County Hospital received an award recently for workplace safety for the third consecutive year.
The hospital received a 2024 Destiny Award from Kentucky Employers Mutual Insurance, an organization that provides workers compensation for businesses across the state.
Russell County Hospital CEO Scott Thompson said he was proud of the hospital for receiving one of these awards.
Representatives from KEMI visited the hospital yesterday to present Thompson and other hospital leaders with the award.
