School board to meet this morning

The Russell County Board of Education will meet in special session this morning to discuss school assessment results with the district’s principals, coaches and administrators, along with plans for improvement.

The board will meet at 8 a.m. today in Room 114 of the Russell County ANC.

The meeting is open to the public. We’ll have more from the meeting later today on local news.
