A Breeding man was arrested by Columbia Police yesterday on arson and auto theft charges.
Reports are 34-year-old Joshua Dylan Norris of the Breeding community of Adair County was arrested and charged with arson third degree, theft of an automobile valued more than $10,000, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, wanton endangerment first degree, criminal mischief second degree, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, obstructing emergency responders, and other charges.
Norris was arrested by Columbia Police and lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail a little before 7 p.m. yesterday.
