A Russell Springs man was indicted on multiple charges by a Russell County grand jury yesterday, with the charges stemming from a boat accident that took place on Lake Cumberland over the summer.
38-year-old Jason Stanley was indicted on two counts of assault first degree, two counts of wanton endangerment first degree, boating under the influence, and terroristic threatening third degree.
Stanley was reportedly operating one of the boats involved in an accident that took place July 13 and resulted in three people going into the water. Two of the individuals were flown out as a result of their injuries.
Others indicted by the grand jury were:
Timothy A. Lloyd, age 45 of Jamestown, and Hogan C. Jones, age 22 of Russell Springs, charged with burglary third degree and theft by unlawful taking under $1,000. Lloyd faces an additional charge of being a persistent felony offender.
Curtis D. Montgomery, age 30 of Russell Springs, charged with criminal mischief first degree, disorderly conduct first degree, terroristic threatening third degree, and being a persistent felony offender.
Rodney K. Holmes, age 48 of Russell Springs, charged with falsely reporting an incident.
Samantha Gosser, age 35 of Dunnville, charged with bail jumping first degree and being a persistent felony offender.
Tabitha Blackwell, age 33 of Russell Springs, charged with bail jumping first degree and being a persistent felony offender.
