A Russell Springs man was arrested on drug and theft charges yesterday.
According to reports, 29-year-old Jarad McNay was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, prescription controlled substance not in the proper container, theft by unlawful taking, and failure to appear.
McNay was arrested by Russell Springs Police and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just before 2:15 yesterday afternoon.
