Russell Co Shooting Sports competes at state contest

The Russell County 4-H Shooting Sports team competed at the state competition this weekend.

Here is a look at how Russell County team members fared in individual competition.

Carter Brown (9-11 year old division) – 1st place – black powder flintlock rifle & 2nd place in black powder percussion rifle.

Emerson Stephens (9-11 year old division) – 3rd place – black powder flintlock rifle

Andrea Russell (12-14 year old division) – 1st place – black powder flintlock rifle & 3rd place in black powder pistol.

Will Hatter (12-14 year old division) – 2nd place – black powder flintlock rifle

Dalton Foley (12-14 year old division) – 3rd place – black powder flintlock rifle

Sarah Stephens (15-18 year 0ld division) – 1st place in black powder flintlock rifle

Eli Foley (15-18 year old division) – 3rd place – black powder flintlock rifle
