Grand jury returns six indictments

A Russell County grand jury met yesterday, returning six indictments.

Those indicted included the following individuals:

Wendy Polston, age 46 of Russell Springs, charged with theft of mislaid property, tampering with physical evidence, and being a persistent felony offender.

Darryl Durham, age 50 of Windsor, charged with theft by unlawful taking $1,000 or more and being a persistent felony offender.

Devin M. Butler, age 29 of Rockland, Maine, charged with theft by unlawful taking $1,000 or more, driving on a DUI suspended license, driving under the influence, menacing, two counts of wanton endangerment first degree, criminal mischief first degree, and terroristic threatening third degree.

Emory Miller, age 33 of Russell Springs, charged with bail jumping first degree and being a persistent felony offender.

Gregory A. Thomas, age 41 of Russell Springs, charged with assault second degree, violating a Kentucky EPO/DVO, and being a persistent felony offender.

Brad Callinan, age 36 of Russell Springs, charged with possession of methamphetamine.
