Two arrests were made by local law enforcement yesterday.
According to reports, Russell Springs Police arrested 49-year-old Brenda Martin yesterday afternoon on drug charges.
Martin was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine and public intoxication of a controlled substance.
Martin was arrested at around 1 p.m. yesterday.
The Russell County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Maine man early yesterday morning.
Reports are that 28-year-old Devin Butler of Rockland, Maine was arrested at around 5 a.m. yesterday by the Russell County Sheriff’s Office on multiple charges including theft of an automobile, driving on a DUI-suspended license, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, wanton endangerment first degree, criminal mischief first degree, menacing, and terroristic threatening.
Both were lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
