Salem Principal says Penny Lester has made great impact at school

Penny Lester was the Elementary recipient for Russell County in this year’s Campbellsville University Excellence in Teaching Awards.

Salem Elementary Principal KJ Webb spoke to WJRS News about Lester’s time at the school and the impact she has had on students.

Webb said it was no surprise to see Lester named as the recipient of the award.
