The Russell County Lady Lakers continued their rough start to the season by falling to the Clinton County Lady Bulldogs in Albany Friday night by a score of 36-27.
Maleah Preston led the Lady Lakers with 8 points, followed by Rachel Bolin with 7, Camdin Cooper with 4, Aniyah and Jaterria Coffey with 3 each, and Addy Abrell with 2.
Bolin led the Lady Lakers with 10 rebounds, followed by Abrell and Preston with 6 each.
That makes six straight losses for the Lady Lakers, as they travel to Gatlinburg for the Smoky Mountain Christmas Classic beginning Tuesday.
