Lakers go 0-2 in Panther Holiday Shootout

The Russell County Lakers Basketball team went 0-2 at the Panther Holiday Shootout this week.

On Tuesday, the Lakers fell to Frederick Douglass by a score of 86-47 and on Wednesday, the Lakers fell to Knox Central by a score of 83-49.

The pair of losses moves the Lakers to 0-8 on the season. The Lakers will now be off until after Christmas when the Lakers take part in the Lake Cumberland Holiday Classic next Wednesday, Dec. 29 when they take on the Danville Admirals.
