A Jamestown man was arrested by the Adair County Sheriff’s Office on Monday.
Gary Wayne Harmon, age 55, was arrested and charged with two counts of theft by deception – cold checks under $500.
Harmon was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just before noon on Monday.
