Merlene Rexroat, age 89, of Russell Springs

Merlene Rexroat, 89, of Russell Springs, KY, passed away Sunday, October 31st, at Fair Oaks Nursing Home.

Merlene was born in Jabez, KY, on March 16, 1932, a daughter of the late Eula (Wiggington) and Charlie  Hoover.

Merlene is  survived by
a daughter, Debbie Lafavers, of Russell Springs, KY;
four sons Charles Fred Rexroat, of Russell Springs, KY; Ozandal Rexroat, of Georgetown, KY; Randy Rexroat, of Columbia, KY; David Rexroat, of Jamestown, KY;
a sister, Glenna Stiff, of Russell Springs, KY.


She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 3 step great grandchildren as well as a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Rondal Rexroat, three brothers Oscar, Denzil, and Dewayne Hoover, two half sisters Alice Abbott and Hattie Edwards.

Religious Service at H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel, Jamestown, KY, at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, November 3rd, with Bro. Wayne Keith officiating.

Friends may visit Wednesday 11:00 AM.  at H. E. Pruitt Memory Chapel.

Interment at Ridgecrest Cemetery Jamestown, KY.

Pallbearers: Adam Rexroat, John Thompson, Kendall Hoover, Wendell Hoover, Eric Wolford, and Dustin Warriner.
