A Columbia man was arrested in Russell Springs late last night. According to jail records, 32-year-old Ever Peralta of Columbia was arrested by Officer Debra Necessary with the Russell Springs Police Department and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, 2nd Degree, Drug Unspecified, No Registration Plates, No Operators-Moped License, and Failure of Owner to Maintain Required Insurance.
Peralta was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center around 11:42 p.m.
