RSPD arrests Russell Springs man early Wednesday morning

A Russell Springs man was arrested early Wednesday morning by Russell Springs Police.

37-year-old Chris Carson was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine second offense.

Carson was arrested by Officer Debra Necessary. He was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center around 4 a.m.
