RCMS Girls Win 16th District Softball Tournament

The Russell County Middle School Lady Lakers softball team won the 16^th District middle school softball championship last night in Tompkinsville.

The Lady Lakers defeated Monroe County Middle School 5-1.

Keira Gallagher earned the win for the Lady Lakers. The righty surrendered four hits and one run over five innings, striking out one and walking two.
