Russell Springs Woman Arrested on Drug Charges

A Russell Springs woman was arrested Friday night following a traffic stop in Russell County. According to officials, 35-year-old Heidi Flanagan was taken into custody by Deputy Stone Bolin. Flanagan is charged with failure to use or improper signaling, possession of hydrocodone, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
