Work is continuing on a major water project in Russell Springs.
Russell Springs Mayor Eddie Thomas was recently a guest on Community Conversation on WJRS where he spoke about the project. Thomas is asking residents to be patient during the project, which aims to improve water quality and water pressure for city water customers.
The early part of the project will be around the Old Columbia Road area, and then will expand to other parts of the city.
