One person is reported dead following a two-vehicle accident on the Cumberland Parkway Monday afternoon.
WJRS News is told another person was seriously injured in the accident and taken to the hospital.
The accident occurred a little before 2:30 Monday afternoon in the westbound lanes near the Eli exit.
Both westbound lanes are closed, as Kentucky State Police completes accident reconstruction. We will provide updates as they are available.
