Jamestown Elementary School – 100 percent

Dollar General on Highway 619 – 100 percent

Coe’s Steakhouse – 90 percent – Meat not properly thawed, employee drinks in food prep area, fire extinguisher not charged, thermometer not present in all refrigeration units, ceiling in poor repair, handwashing sign required at food prep area, and no chemical test strips to test sanitizer. All violations corrected on follow-up inspection. 100 percent score received.

Salem Elementary – 100 percent

Little Lakers – 100 percent

Kingdom Kids – 100 percent

Big Daddy’s Eats and Treats – 100 percent

Russell Springs Elementary School – 100 percent

Stop & Save #3 at 900 Maple Street – 100 percent

An establishment may pass inspection by having a score between 85 and 100 but critical violations must be corrected within 10 days. Otherwise, violations are expected to be corrected by the next inspection.
