Lakefest gets underway in Jamestown next weekend.
Activities begin Friday evening on the square with pageants and Triple Crown Wrestling.
Saturday includes several annual popular events, beginning in the morning with Breakfast in the Park, opening ceremonies, and the Mike Hill 5K and 10K.
The antique tractor and car show runs from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. There will also be a pet show at 9:00 and children’s games and a patriotic parade beginning at 10.
There will be a corn hole tournament at 11 and a talent show at noon, with karaoke in the park at around 1:30.
A lineup of entertainment gets started at 3:30 with a production from Flashback Theater. Music gets underway at 5:00 with the 77 Experience, followed by The Return – The All Eras Beatles Experience.
The Wreath Ceremony will take place at 8:00. The final music act of the night will be Family Tradition – The Hank Williams Jr. tribute.
Fireworks will cap off the night at around 10:30.
