The ARC Pregnancy Center held a ribbon cutting on Friday to celebrate the opening of their new facility on Brian Walters Drive.
The new facility is roughly 4,000 square feet. At the ribbon cutting, Mayor Eddie Thomas presented a deed for land adjacent to the center for possible future expansion. The Russell Springs City Council approved the sale of the land for $1 earlier this year to allow the center the opportunity for future growth and expansion.
The center serves thousands of individuals each year in Russell, Adair and Casey counties.
