Russell Springs City Hall will be closed today, as the city is in the midst of its first major computer system upgrade in 25 years.
The new computer system will bring back the ability for the city’s water customers to pay their bill online, as well as enhanced security and other upgrades.
City officials say the new computer system is expected to be operational next week.
City hall will return to normal operating hours on Monday.
